Having served in Germany as a British soldier back in the 80s, a buddy of mine recommended Beers of Europe to me. For about two years now, I’ve been ordering my favorite German brews from them. Their service is always quick, and delivery by DHL is typically smooth. That is, until my latest order showed up repackaged by DHL with a note indicating that 5 bottles were damaged. (In reality, it was 7!) I shot an email to Beers of Europe, and someone called me back in just a couple of hours. They offered me either a replacement for the broken bottles or a refund, and since it was a big order, I chose the refund. I was told it would take 3-5 days, but believe it or not, my credit card was credited back in about 5 minutes! This is how you run a business and keep your customers happy! Sure, things can go sideways sometimes, but it’s all about how you handle it. Anyway, I’m off to savor a Herforder Pils now!…

Beers of Europe is truly a great website. Their online store offers a huge selection of beers. I picked up Rothaus Pils when I visited Germany in the Black Forest, and I also enjoy Furstenberg Pils. I’ve got nothing negative to say about this company; they’re one of the finest in the UK. What more can I say? Fantastic!
